Contact Virginia Joines at 909-599-1243 ext 112 for further information.   Finance Council The Code of Cannon Law mandates a parish finance council in each parish.  The role of the parish finance council is to assist the pastor in planning the budget and in overseeing and controlling the financial affairs of the parish and school.  The parish finance council is accountable to the pastor, who has the responsibility for final decisions.
